Research Goals and Plan

Just like you, every research project is unique. Our ability to discover family ancestors and history depends on a variety of factors:

1. The time period being researched.

2. The area where your ancestors lived.

3. The availability of records and documents for the       time and location.

4. The number of family lines being researched.

5. Information provided by you Each research project begins with detailed questionnaires about your goals for the research.

You get 2 hours of initial research free after completing your questionnaires, so we can see how much we can help you and come up with a plan and a suggested cost to help you achieve the goals you require.

Once a research plan and goals are agreed, our research service is billed hourly, either weekly or monthly in advance (if over $500) and we bill you by email using PayPal invoice.

If you wish, you can purchase Research Hours at our Store against your e-mail, or send a Gift Card to a friend or Family member, or just Contact us for custom quote

The plan agreed with you will allow us to review any previous research, identify and locate records, search for family or related persons, write a detailed report, and assemble any documentation.

We will keep you informed of progress by email or text on a weekly basis for longer projects, or as agreed in the Research Plan.
We structure our Research to achieve the goals set out in the research plan that you have agreed with.

We’ll work with you to determine the most effective and efficient use of our research time in the Research Plan.

Various packages are available and hourly rates decrease as project hours increase!

While we’re happy to spend time on several family lines, our best results tend to occur when we focus on only one or two ancestral lines.

Don't forget that you get 2 HRS RESEARCH FREE before committing to a package or a quote for hourly research. Any quote or plan will be based on how many hours we recommend to achieve the results you are asking for.
